Hallmark Communities served as the builder for Tower24, working alongside developer H.G. Fenton Company and architect KTGY to help bring the community to life.
Tower24 received a Grand Award for Best Built for Rent Community Product Design, along with Awards of Merit for Multi-Family Community of the Year, Best Infill Community, Best Built-For-Rent Community Plan, and Best Multi-Family Housing Community, Under 20 du/ac.
Presented by the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) and PCBC, the Gold Nugget Awards is one of the residential building industry’s most established design competitions, recognizing excellence in architecture, planning and development. Now in its 63rd year, the 2026 program drew 800 entries across 67 categories, making Tower24’s multiple honors especially meaningful.
